The colourful inflatable structure – which bears an uncanny resemblance to a bouncy castle – was a welcome addition and children from in and around the Selkirk area enjoyed a competitive afternoon on the regulation five-a-side court.
The final results were as follows: P5 Knowepark beat another P5 Knowepark 11-5 (winning team – Caitlin Cottrell, Josh Thomson, Brady Glendinning, Rory Hamilton, Shane Smith and Ryan Legge).
P6 mixed beat P6 Knowepark 8-7 (winning team – Eilidh McColm, Aaron McColm, Mitchell Branston, Jo Marr and William Mills). P7 Kirkhope beat P7 Knowepark/ Philiphaugh 16-5 (winning team – Bruce McKerracher, Jack Elliot, Rowan Marr, Stuart Howden, Fraser Davidson, Ally Carrick, McCauley Hislop and Finlay Amos).
Kirkhope won the cup.
